EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY
I want your photography experience to feel effortless from the very beginning. Below you’ll find a few important details about booking, your wedding day and the delivery of your photographs.
HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your agreement has been signed and the booking retainer has been received.
As I accept a limited number of weddings each year, dates are secured on a first-confirmed basis.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
A 40% booking retainer is required to reserve your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due within 15 days after your wedding day, and your final gallery will be delivered once the balance has been paid in full.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE OUR DATE?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined clearly in your photography agreement, so you will know exactly what applies before confirming your booking.
Whenever possible, I will do my best to accommodate a change of date, subject to availability.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
Your wedding photographs are individually selected and carefully edited in my signature style.
During the main wedding season, your complete gallery will normally be delivered within approximately 12–14 weeks.
A small preview will be sent to you shortly after your wedding, so you won’t have to wait quite that long to see the first moments from your day.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every wedding is different, and I believe in delivering a thoughtfully curated story rather than an arbitrary number of images.
Your final gallery will include the strongest photographs that beautifully tell the story of your day.
DO YOU RETOUCH THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
Every photograph in your final gallery is professionally edited to reflect my signature soft, luminous and timeless aesthetic.
Selected portraits receive additional attention where appropriate, while preserving a natural and authentic appearance.
Extensive alterations, body reshaping or significant manipulation of an image are not part of my standard retouching.
DO WE RECEIVE THE RAW FILES?
RAW files are not delivered.
The editing process is an essential part of my artistic work, and your finished gallery represents the complete photographic experience and my signature style.
CAN WE EDIT OR ADD FILTERS TO OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
Your photographs are delivered fully edited and ready to enjoy.
To preserve the integrity of the finished work, I kindly ask that images are not altered, re-edited or presented with additional filters.
CAN WE SHARE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
Absolutely. Your photographs are yours to enjoy, print and share privately with family and friends.
Commercial use by wedding vendors, venues, publications or other third parties should be arranged with me directly.
WILL OUR PHOTOGRAPHS BE SHARED ONLINE?
I love celebrating the beautiful stories I have the privilege of photographing and may feature selected images in my portfolio, website, social media or publications.
Your privacy is important to me. If you prefer your wedding photographs to remain private, please let me know and we can discuss this before booking.
DO YOU TAKE FAMILY & GROUP PHOTOGRAPHS?
Of course.
Family photographs are an important part of your wedding story. Before the wedding, we can create a concise list of the people and group combinations that matter most to you.
Keeping the list thoughtfully planned allows us to capture these photographs beautifully without taking too much time away from your celebration.
WHAT ABOUT CANDID PHOTOGRAPHS OF OUR GUESTS?
Throughout the day, I photograph the atmosphere and the people surrounding you as naturally as possible.
Rather than guaranteeing a portrait of every guest, my focus is on preserving genuine interactions, laughter, embraces and the overall feeling of your celebration.
If having an individual photograph of every guest is important to you, we can plan dedicated time for this in advance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Beautiful wedding photographs do not depend on perfect weather.
Soft clouds, changing light, wind and even rain can become part of the atmosphere of your story. I will always adapt to the conditions and make the most of the light and surroundings available to us.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Absolutely.
I am available for weddings throughout Sweden, Europe and selected destinations worldwide.
For destination celebrations, I will create a tailored proposal based on your plans, location and coverage requirements.
WHAT IF OUR WEDDING DAY RUNS LATE?
Your coverage begins and ends at the times agreed in your collection.
If the timeline changes during the day, I will always do my best to adapt. Additional coverage may be available where possible and will be charged according to the terms of your agreement.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS & FINE ART PRINTS?
Yes.
Your wedding photographs deserve to exist beyond a screen. Fine art albums and beautiful archival prints are available as an addition to your collection.
Together, we can create something tangible that will become part of your family history.
